1. Products and Services
Tiger Den Cards sells sports trading cards, Pokémon cards, and other collectible card products through live streams, online sales, and auctions. Product availability may change at any time without notice.

2. Live Card Breaks
Participation in live card breaks means you are purchasing a randomized portion of a sealed trading card product. Cards are distributed based on the break format announced during the live stream or product listing.

All breaks are final once the break has begun.

3. Shipping
All cards pulled during a break that belong to the buyer will be shipped to the address provided at checkout unless otherwise stated. Shipping times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.

4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of collectible trading cards and live breaks and auctions, all sales are generally final. If a product arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact our support team and we will review the issue.

5. Pricing
Prices may vary depending on market demand, product availability, and current trading card market conditions.

6. Conduct
We strive to maintain a positive and respectful community. Harassment, fraud, or abusive behavior toward hosts or other customers may result in removal from streams or future sales.
